  1. Frequencies used by wireless microphones, transmitters, bugging devices, 
  2. surveillance etc.
  3. These frequencies have been compiled by a few sources, Monitoring Times, 
  4. Popular Communications and friends.
  5. They are some of the known frequencies in use by transmitters used by 
  6. entertainers or in law enforcement applications.
  7. A good idea to do is put these in your scanner and do a random scan around 
  8. your house, or go driving around your town and see what comes up.

  11. Common search bands:                   88 - 108 Mhz.    174 - 216 Mhz.
  12.                                        72 - 76 Mhz.     455.0 Mhz.
  13. Also be sure to check                  49 - 50 Mhz.
  14. for baby coms which may
  15. have been converted to be
  16. a wireless listening device.

  37. doing search ranges could show
  38. some interesting results, one 
  39. example would to be park near a
  40. conert for one and do an extensive
  41. search, you would eventually lock
  42. onto the frequencies used by the band
  43. which are playing, Hmmm. Then again
  44. you could always come across a bugged
  45. subject.
  46. All frequencies are in Mhz.
  47. Some of the cheaper brands that are
  48. being sold today, such as radio shacks,
  49. and the ones made for camcorders are
  50. being used by private sources bugging
  51. neighbors, etc. These are easy to covert
  52. on telephones , rooms, etc. All bugging or
  53. mics for entertainment use very low wattage, 
  54. you will have to be close to the source.
